1. You pick the gift
Choose a format, fill in your details and, if you'd like, the recipient's first name and a short personal note.
2. JD gets back to you within 24h
By email, to finalize the payment and confirm the details of the voucher.
3. You receive the voucher
A personalized PDF ready to print or send, with the recipient's name and your message.
4. Recipient books whenever
They have 12 months to use their hours. No calendar constraints.
Once payment is received (usually within a day of your order), JD emails you the personalized voucher as a printable PDF, ready to gift or forward.

The free 30-minute session is precisely to calibrate the level. JD coaches students from zero to 1800 Elo. If coaching truly doesn't fit after the first session, you get a refund.
Yes: recipient's first name and a short message (optional) will appear on the voucher. If you'd like a different visual, mention it in the message field and JD will adjust.
