4. They arrange their lessons
The recipient emails contact@jdchess.com with their gift code. Lessons are arranged with JD subject to availability, within the voucher’s 12-month validity.

Yes. You give coaching hours in a voucher that you can print or send. The recipient then contacts JD with their gift code to arrange lessons according to their availability.

12 months from the date of purchase. The recipient arranges sessions with JD according to their availability during that period.
The free 30-minute session is precisely to calibrate the level. JD coaches students from zero to 1800 Elo. If coaching truly doesn't fit after the first session, you get a refund.
