Site access
The site is freely accessible. The publisher may suspend access for maintenance without prior notice.
Coaching services
Individual lessons and programs are described on the Services page. Booking is done through the scheduling link. Payment confirms the slot.
Cancellation and rescheduling
A lesson may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the slot. Beyond that, it is considered consumed, unless a genuine emergency is acknowledged case by case.
Liability
The publisher commits to delivering coaching with care and method, without a guarantee of specific numerical results. Progress also depends on the student's own work.
Changes
These terms may change over time. Active students are informed by email of any change that affects their ongoing commitment.
Governing law
French law applies. For any dispute, an amicable resolution is attempted before any legal action.
