Data collected
- Contact form: name, email, message, main goal, desired option. Kept for responding to the request, managing the relationship and meeting applicable obligations or resolving disputes.
- Chat assistant: content of exchanged messages. Messages are processed by OpenRouter (the AI model provider), together with a technical session identifier, to generate replies. A transcript may be sent to JD by email if you leave the page or share an email or phone number in the chat.
- Measurement and diagnostics: Umami measures visits through the site proxy. PostHog collects page views and interactions and may record sessions with input fields masked. Sentry processes errors and technical diagnostics. Data may include browser, device, network and navigation information.
Purposes
Reply to your requests, improve the coaching offered, measure audience, and detect abuse. No ad profiling, no resale to third parties.
Legal basis
Legitimate interest for responding to enquiries, site security and first-party measurement; performance of the contract for requested lessons and purchases.
Retention
Messages and transcripts are retained to handle the request and meet applicable obligations or resolve disputes. Measurement and diagnostic records follow the configured retention periods in Umami, PostHog and Sentry. Mailbox and backup copies are distinct from delivery logs; no single automatic deletion deadline covering all these systems is stated.
Providers and bookings
Amazon SES sends messages and transcripts; MXroute handles mailboxes and manual replies. Cal.eu (Cal.com) processes bookings, contact details and times; Stripe processes payments and gifts, recipient details and payment references. OpenRouter and the selected model provider process chat messages. Telegram receives operational payment or refund notifications. Cloudflare delivers and protects network traffic. Historical Resend records remain separate from current email delivery. Booking does not make student information public.

Cookies
Configured measurement tools load when you visit the site, without a consent collection step. PostHog may use cookies or browser storage. A first-party cookie, jd_src, kept for 180 days, records how you first and most recently arrived: the referring site's domain (never the full address), campaign tags, the type of ad click if any, the landing page and the date. It is attached to an order to understand which channels bring customers. Measurement and diagnostic practices are described above.
